Support for more split options

In BSP layout, when I have more than 2 windows on a desktop, Tangrid usually starts up by arranging them all side-by-side without overlapping, preserving their proportions. Resizing also works correctly.
However, the layout often breaks when I try to reorder windows, since the only available placement option seems to be “left” or “right” in a 1:1 split, which disrupts the existing layout. The same issue occurs when I add a 3rd window to a desktop that already has 2.
Resizing is also inconsistent with 3+ windows: when I drag the edge of the second window, the third window does not resize with it (and vice versa). Equalize windows makes 1:1 split, keeping 3rd window in background.

Looks like this is a common, unexpected behavior and it’s high-priority. Could you share a short video recording? It would help me quickly pinpoint the cause!

For some reason I cant reproduce it now, like it stabilized or something and works pretty consistent (reopening apps and Tangrid itself doesn't trigger this issue as well).
I have is a suspicion that was Ghostty app, that somehow messes up with windows.
Will return with details as soon as I got repro
