While Tangrid (v0.12.0) is running and the Drag Modifier Key is set to CMD, the ability to select multiple items in apps using CMD + mouse left-click is not usable (tried in Excel, Photos, Outlook PWA) once I kill the tangrid app or change the modifier key to Option for example, it starts working as it should.
This is an urgent issue that intercepts window events, I'm working on it.

V.0.12.1 - The problem is still here with specific usecase. In Excel I usually select multiple ranges using CMD + mouse click/drag. Click functionality works as it should. Once I try selecting a range of cells by CMD + dragging It does not work and drags the whole app window on the desktop.
I did not notice that I have Drag anywhere in the window active. once this has been disabled it works as it should.
