Common browser shortcuts such as CMD + SHIFT + T (undo tab close) should not be used by default global shortcuts.

Agree. Drives me crazy when you install a new app and it hijacks a default. At least then allow me to delete easily all the shortcuts in your app in 1 go rather than hunt for them across 4 or 5 different locations
The purpose for setting a default shortcut was to help new users quickly find features through keyboard shortcuts. But you’re right, Cmd+Shift+T might be a pretty important shortcut, I just didn’t know that.
