Movement via hover

Lasso has this super cool feature where:

1. when pressing fn and hovering a window, mouse movements drag that window (well, a silhouette of it) around the screen
2. when pressing fn+cmd and hovering a window, mouse movements resize that window

This would be super cool to have in Tangrid: pressing fn and hovering would work just like the current drag-to-tile system, and pressing fn+cmd and hovering would be a new thing that would resize the window while snapping it to the grid.

This probably won't make much sense unless you've used Lasso, so try out the free trial (enable this feature in the "movement" tab).
