It feels like it become more clunky, windows are switching with a delay and I see upto 30% cpu consumption in idle

How long did it take for this to happen?
It felt like it started after upgrade, but for now I am not sure, after last beta upgrade it's back to 2% peak in idle
I’ve made some optimizations in recent betas, but not sure which optimization exactly solved the heavy CPU backlog you were experiencing. I'm closing the issue for now. Please let me know if you run into it again.
