Currently running 1.3.1 beta, this is two issues but they're seemingly related.
First issue is that after pressing option+tab (or in my case cmd+tab, but I tried it with the default shortcut as well) it takes roughly two seconds for the window switcher to appear.
Second issue is that when tabbing through my windows, if the next window to highlight is Godot, there's a delay of roughly two seconds where it freezes up before switching. If I press multiple times during that delay, all of those inputs happen once it unfreezes.
