So, I have an external monitor, and whenever I disconnect it from my laptop, windows on that monitor are ignored by Tangrid until I switch focus to another tabbed window and switch back.

Please try 1.3.3 beta to see if it improves.
Yes, I updated to 1.3.3 and the issue still persisted.
Could you share the logs? You can export them in Settings > About.

I used Codex to analyze the logs and produced a more detailed issue report. I hope it would be helpful for fixing the issue.
Please check whether this issue has been fixed in the v1.4.1 beta.
