We are on beta 1.4.0 what is in general a pleasure to use! We have currently only an issue with "update windows" in a workspace.
The setup: On a MBP in tabbed mode. Several apps open. One of them the native WhatsApp.app (but might be a general electron app problem). Created a Workspace for this setting.
If we hide WhatsApp.app with CMD-H the app is removed from the tab row. When we then issue an update windows command to the Workspace WhatsApp.app is restored on the screen at the right position in the tab row. Working perfect.
If we in contrast close the tab of WhatsApp.app with the trackpad the app is also removed from the screen. But when we then issue an update windows command to the Workspace we get error "Another Instance of WhatsApp is already running".
