Since upgrading to 1.5.6, new windows have been failing to appear in the split view more frequently. Since they do appear in the window switcher, it seems they are not being missed by the Tangrid.

I'm not sure if this is related, but I've also started experiencing an issue where, when I switch to another space and return, the window layout automatically switches between tiled and floating modes.
