Either as a button on the window titlebar or just as a hot key?
Could we have an option to make a floating window always be on top?

There’s currently a shortcut that can bring all floating window to the front.
Always on top requires changing the window layer, and there's no stable way to do that right now. Similar approaches to pinning windows on top all involve recording the window, which is pretty tricky.
