tangrid stopped recognizing Chrome and responding to me dragging it

Chrome was running and it's space was still reserved on the screen, but when I dragged it it was as though Tangrid didn't see it, it still left its original space in the layout by no longer acted like tangrid was aware of it. I restarted Chrome and it was no better. I've attached logs.
